Tribute and Party Nights
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings of Tribute and Party Nights hosted at any Village The Hotel Club (each, an “Event"). Tribute and Party Nights are organised by the companies named in Section 4, who together trade as “Village". These terms and conditions are binding upon all persons and other entities (referred to in these terms and conditions as “you") who book any Tribute or Party Night at a Village The Hotel Club.

1. Bookings and Payments
1. The act may vary to that shown in the image. Please check, before booking, which act will be appearing on your chosen date.
2. Full pre payment is required at the time of booking.
3. Pre Payments are non-refundable, and cannot be offset against any other products or services
4. All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate.
5. Email confirmation of your booking will be sent to you, together with a receipt for monies paid, on completion of your booking.

2. Food & Beverages
1. Where a food order is not provided, a set meal of the day will be served.
2. If you have any special dietary requirements, including food allergies or intolerances, please advise one of our team and we will be more than happy to try to accommodate your preferences. (V) indicates dish suitable for vegetarians.
3. Village will not knowingly sell any food required to be labelled as containing GM material.
4. Village cannot guarantee that dishes do not contain nuts or nut derivatives, or that fish products are totally free from bones.
5. No alcohol or other beverages may be brought into the venue for consumption or prizes. Village reserve the right to search the bags of any customer.

3. General
1. Village reserves the right to judge acceptable behaviour and levels of noise from guests. The person making the booking is responsible for the behaviour of their group.
2. Please note the dress code for all events is smart casual, unless otherwise stated, and we kindly ask for no trainers, baseball caps, hoodies or casual headwear.
3. Village does not accept liability in respect of loss or damage to articles brought into the hotel or car park.
4. Guests are not permitted to join any event for entertainment only. All guests must have valid ticket for meal and entertainment.
5. The minimum age for persons attending functions is 18, except by prior agreement between Village and you.
6. All accommodation bookings must be paid in full and are non-transferable and non-refundable in the event of cancellation, other than for a valid medical reason where proof of incapacity will be required
7. Village will not be held liable, nor accept any liability, for cancellation or non-completion of an Event, or for any delays, arising as a result of, but not limited to, industrial action, strikes, riots, adverse weather conditions, fire, flood, Act of God or any other cause beyond its control.
8. Subject to 3.7 above, Village may cancel a booking, and will refund any advance payment made, or alternatively arrange for the booking to be transferred to another
Event, if it is deemed, at Village's discretion, that the Event booked is no longer viable. Such changes to bookings might occur, for example, where Village determines that an Event will not have a sufficient number of guests attending. If Village proposes to change the date of an Event, you will be offered the option of accepting the change or receiving a refund.
9. Where applicable, tables of under 10 guests may be shared with other smaller parties in the function suite.
10. Village will use reasonable endeavours to honour commitments, but reserves the right to amend or alter all or part of the Event package (as described on our website or
in our Event brochure) to at least an equivalent standard.
11. While Village takes all reasonable steps to ensure that the information contained in its Event brochure, on its website and within all advertisements is accurate, it reserves the right, without accepting any liability, to amend or alter such information in the event of an error or omission.
12. Village and you agree that these terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between us, and supersedes all previous drafts, agreements, arrangements and
understandings between us, whether oral or written.
13. Leisure Members: discounts are restricted in respect of function events; please check with the hotel for information on a specific event.
14. These terms and conditions are correct at the time of going to print, but are subject to alteration without prior notice.

15.‘’Please note photos and videos may be captured during this event which may be used on social media. ‘’

4. Legal Matters
These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and, in the unlikely event of a dispute, the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. The liability of Village in respect of any breach of these terms and conditions, including any implied terms, shall not extend to any indirect or consequential loss whatsoever
suffered by any attendee or any associated company.
You, as party organiser, are asked to inform all guests of these terms and conditions.

Tribute and Party Nights are organised by VUR Village Trading No.1 Ltd (reg no. 418878), VUR Village Trading No.2 Ltd (reg no. 6448782), VUR Village Hotels & Leisure Ltd (reg no. 6126416) and VUR St David's Hotel Ltd (reg no.2350872), all with registered office at Lakeview, 600 Lakeside Drive, Centre Park, Warrington, WA1 1RW.
